Currently most of the customers in European Union prefer heat treatment completed pallets rather than Methyl bromide fumigated pallets. Johnco Pallets completely understand the customer requirements and also the ISPM 15 standard operating procedures regarding manufacturing and treatments for wooden packing material meant for exports.

Heat treatment of wood packaging requires heating of the timber to a minimum core temperature of 56 Degree Celsius for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Upon completion of Heat Treatment the pallets will be stamped with the HT marking and can be exported.

Heat Treated Pallets are preferred widely because of their environment friendly treatment.
